The Help For Heroes 999 Charity Ball

The Help for Heroes 999 Charity Ball was held at the Cheltenham Racecourse to support injured service men and women returning from war.

Letheby & Christopher were the appointed caterers to supply the guests with a three-course meal, upon recommendation from the Cheltenham Racecourse; Letheby & Christopher appointed us to ensure their mobile catering units were amply supplied with power in order to cook on such a large scale.

As well as ensuring the caterers were 'catered for', the night also saw a local live band, disco, auction and raffle, all of which required artful project management in power distribution.

The Help for Heroes Ball was organised by PC Medwyn Jones and raised money for the Help for Heroes charity, which was set up to assist injured service men and women returning from active frontline duties in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We were very proud to help support this charity and the fantastic rehabilitation work they do for returning injured service men and women.
